Vinyl chloride–vinyl acetate copolymers may be processed at lower temperatures than those used for the homopolymer. Their main applications were in gramophone records and flooring. Gramophone record compositions are unfilled and contain only stabiliser, lubricant, pigment, and, optionally, an antistatic agent.
